We’re based on Le Breton Lane in St Helier, Jersey – tucked away just enough to avoid the usual gym egos, but easy to find when you’re ready to throw hands (in a good way).
There’s parking available nearby – Most people walk or jog in, but if you’re driving, we’ve got you covered. Parking: There’s pay and park options in Green Street Car Park or Grosvenor Street, just a couple minutes’ walk away.
Yes, we’ve got showers onsite so you can clean up after your workout – just don’t spend longer in there than your session lasted. 😉
Yep. There’s space to safely leave your bike during class – bonus points if you cycle in as your warm-up.
Nope – we’re not a gym. We’re a community that gives a s*i% if you show up. No rows of machines, no lycra. Just proper training, great people, and real results. You join a programme, not a building.

No – and for good reason. We’re here to coach you, not just count your punches. That means commitment, community, and accountability. One-off drop-ins just don’t cut it.
Our Group Boxing essentials starts from £90/month for 8 sessions a month.
Yes – our TRF49 PT programme is perfect for anyone who needs flexibility or prefers one-to-one coaching. We’ll tailor it to your goals, schedule, and experience level.
TRF49 is our signature 49-Day Transformation Programme – a focused mix of Group Boxing, personalised nutrition, coaching support, and a full-body reset.
